Bieber was in Bora Bora with rumoured girlfriend Jayde Pierce, and the singer stripped down to take a dip in the pool when the photo was taken. The pictures where first published by the New York Daily news, who censored it. But as it usually is with salacious pictures of celebrities, it did not take long for the uncensored photos to flood the web.
Bieber’s legal team then sent cease and desist letters to several websites who were publishing the photos, as they said the photo were taken without his knowledge or consent, and violated his privacy. TMZ has confirmed Bieber’s legal team has sent multiple cease and desist letters to news outlets that published the pics, saying remove ‘em or else.
